Due diligence events are not parties. The advisors and investors in the room are sophisticated professionals making meaningful decisions about where to allocate capital. They notice everything. From the pacing of the agenda, the quality of the materials, the flow of the day. Getting it right matters.
This spring, Avivant Partners had the privilege of producing Capital Square's Spring 2026 due diligence program — three events in nine weeks, in Dallas, Newport Beach, and Richmond. Each event was in a new city, with a new audience, and the same high standard.
The program brought together financial advisors for a welcome dinner the evening before, followed by a full day of presentations, panel discussions, and direct access to Capital Square's leadership team and keynote speakers. In the weeks leading up to each event, we handled everything from site selection and venue contract negotiation to building the event registration website, managing registrations, and coordinating attendee travel. On site, we managed every detail of execution from the welcome dinner through the final session so that Capital Square's content and people could shine.
By the third event, the feedback from Capital Square's C-suite said it all:
"We haven't had an event go this well in years."
"I couldn't believe how on time we were all day."
"That was fantastic."
"Isn't it refreshing to work with a competent team? It was a perfect event."
